AltoBeam completed successful mass production of its first tri-mode wireless communication chip family ATBM6x65 supporting coexistence of Wi-Fi, BLE and Classic BT in Q1 2025, consisting of two variants:
ATBM6165: Dual-band 2.4GHz & 5GHz Wi-Fi 6 + BLE 5.4 + Classic Bluetooth
ATBM6065: Single-band 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 + BLE 5.4 + Classic Bluetooth
Compliant with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax specifications, the chipset supports proprietary Wi-Fi 6 technologies such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO and DCM. Covering all PHY modulation modes from MCS0 to MCS11, it delivers Max. PHY data rate of 287Mbps on both transmit and receive paths.
In addition, its BLE and Classic Bluetooth functions have obtained BQB certification issued by Bluetooth SIG, accelerating downstream customers' product certification and market access procedures. Enabled with Classic BT, the ATBM6x65 is well-suited for use cases requiring wireless audio transmission, including smart projectors, mid-to-high-end smart TVs, automotive cockpit display panels, tablets, smart speakers and next-generation office equipment.
Field validation verifies outstanding combined Wi-Fi and Bluetooth performance of ATBM6x65, prompting multiple tier-one customers to adopt the solution promptly for their new product development. End products embedded with ATBM6x65 have already entered mass production. AltoBeam supported customers through full-cycle implementation from chip evaluation to mass production within less than three months, further demonstrating the chips' stability and user-friendliness.
